REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTRATION FORM

• For confirmation of congress registration, the completed registration form along with bank receipt showing payment or a filled mail order form for credit card payment must be submitted to Bumerang Group Reklam Organizasyon LTD. ŞTİ.
• Congress registration fee includes; name badge, pocket program, congress bag, congress and course certificate, access to exhibition area and meeting package (2 coffee breaks and 1 lunch).
• Cancellations made before July 1, 2026 will be refunded after deducting bank charges.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations after July 1, 2026. Name changes will be allowed.
• VAT (20%) will be added to registration fees.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

• Accommodation fees are per night. You can send your accommodation requests to icpp2026@bumeranggroup.com
• We kindly remind you that the accommodation name list must be submitted to Bumerang Group by August 1, 2026 at the latest.
• Accommodation type is bed and breakfast concept.
• VAT will be added to accommodation fees. (10% + 2%)
• Accommodation is available for a minimum stay of 3 nights. The option for a nightly stay is valid only for porphyria patients and their companions. Guests who wish to extend their stay at the hotel after the congress will be charged according to the nightly accommodation rates.

TRANSFER AND GALA DINNER

• 20% VAT will be added to Gala Dinner fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Registration, accommodation, transfer, and gala dinner fees will be fully refunded if the cancellation is notified by April 1, 2026.
• For cancellation notifications made between April 1 and June 1, 2026, 50% of the fees will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is notified after June 1, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
• All refunds will be processed after the end of the congress.
